As I mentioned in the article, my baby's first food (at the 7th month) included avocado, banana, broccoli, potato and sweet potato. For the last three, I steam-boiled them until they were soft. Babies don't need teeth to bite and chew; they have strong gums! When offering them first foods, never expect they will eat much nor eat at all.
